Nice Times Club 18: Nicer than a trampoline
Hey there, Nice Timers. This week I am keeping it simple and to the point. Here is a list of things that I know to be nice and good as of right now.
A List Of Things That Are Nice And Good
Dogs are good.
Potatoes are nice.
The music of LCD Soundsystem is good.
Fat birds are very good.
Mugs of coffee are nice.
Mugs of coffee in sassy novelty mugs are good and nice.
Fart jokes are good.
Flowers are nice.
Cake is good.
Friends are very, very nice.
Video games are good.
Cats are good.
Just generally, animals are super hecking good.
Okay, that is all the time I have to list things for now. There are more nice and good things - like shows with Amy Sedaris in them, popcorn, getting a seat on the tram, getting nice mail in the mail, comics, finishing a long book, dresses that have pockets in them, linen that's just come out of the dryer, people who help other people, jumping goats, veggie burgers, the pizza at the Cornish Arms what has potato tots and vegan popcorn chicken on it, spontaneous messages from pals to tell you they like you, Lemonade, lemonade, doing cross-stitch, doing cross-stitch but the cross-stitch is of a butt, sleeping in on the weekend, taking a day off and going to the park instead, reading a book in the sun, hilariously oversized things as landmarks, street art, that orange kind of light you get when it's early and there's rainclouds but it's not raining just yet, small sleeping bubs being carried around, teeny tiny dogs with big buff owners, unlocking a new character on Threes, drawing, writing something and then someone else laughs at it and you meant for that to happen, donuts, getting up a little early and making a nice breakfast and sitting quietly while you settle into the morning, Mr Blue Sky by ELO, naps, candy that takes like violets, Christopher Guest films, strong cups of tea, baking smells, soup, good times with nice family whether it's the one you're related to or the one you chose, plants, Twitter buds, learning new things, ice-cream - but that's a lot of things to draw and I'd still be leaving lots of good things out.
